What You’ll Do 

  • Own and drive the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, focused on healthcare systems and providers
     

  • Identify, qualify, and close new logo business across hospitals, health networks, outpatient facilities, and emergency care centers
     

  • Consult with stakeholders—CIOs, Emergency Managers, Facilities Directors, and Compliance Officers—to design tailored safety and alerting solutions
     

  • Build pipeline through a mix of outbound activity, SDR collaboration, events, and strategic partnerships
     

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success to shape compelling offers and support long-term client growth 
     

  • Stay ahead of trends in healthcare safety regulations, such as CMS Emergency Preparedness and Joint Commission requirements 

What You Bring 

  • 3+ years of SaaS or safety/security tech sales experience (Healthtech, Lifesafety products, etc. a plus) 
     

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas ($1M+ annual targets)
     

  • Experience selling into healthcare organizations (acute, post-acute, or outpatient environments) 
     

  • Consultative and solutions-focused sales approach
     

  • Ability to engage and close executive-level stakeholders 
     

  • Self-starter with strong pipeline management and CRM discipline 
     

  • Comfortable with remote selling and virtual demos
